We are making changes to improve your checkout experience with secure online account login capabilities.
Login to Your Account
On the checkout page, you may have noticed that some of our shops now ask you to sign into your online account with an email address and password. This is a new process that we are going to implement for all online orders in the near future.
By creating a secure online account with March and Ash, you’ll be able to sign in to check out faster, receive real-time order updates, and track your loyalty rewards and points online (coming soon!).
Don’t worry, if you don’t wish to create an online account, you will still have the ability to checkout as a guest.
Store Credit & Points System
The way your points are tracked has slightly changed.
- Instead of seeing a dollar value for earned credit from your purchases, you will earn a point for every dollar you spend.
- Points can be redeemed at about 3% of your purchase price. For example, if you spend $100 you'll earn 100 points, which you can redeem to save around $3 on your next purchase.
- Coming soon, you'll be able to redeem your points for even more rewards like pre-rolls, edibles, higher percent discount off and more.
