March and Ash is a customer-focused licensed cannabis retail outlet with medical and recreational marijuana dispensaries in Southern California. We believe that consumers deserve a comfortable and confident cannabis experience and we prioritize customer education, safety and satisfaction at our dispensaries. Cannabis, for all its curative and positive potential, is too often characterized as part of society’s counterculture. We want to challenge that presumption. Cannabis helps millions of Americans lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives. Teachers, doctors, lawyers, engineers, artists, mothers, grandfathers, patients, and yes, even man’s best friend, are leading better lives by using cannabis responsibly. We believe that with proper education and respect, cannabis can serve its positive and productive purpose: to improve everyday lives.
As an early mover in the cannabis industry, we strive to be a trusted community partner. We make significant investments in training and caring for our employees, as well as engage community stakeholders in areas ranging from security and regulation to the development of local programs to support a qualified local workforce.
We are experienced and local cannabis dispensary operators committed to these principles:
March and Ash is a leader in the cannabis industry when it comes to community engagement and giving back. We’ve actively established partnerships with community stakeholders that drive consumer education, help craft laws and regulations, reinvest in the local community and directly benefit the lives of people living in them.
March and Ash is known as a leading advocate in the area of CBD products for animals and carries San Diego County’s largest line of products. March and Ash has numerous partnerships with local animal shelter and rescue groups including “The Animal Pad,” which rescues and relocates dogs on both sides of the border.
March and Ash has partnered with San Diego City College, who is part of the San Diego Community College District and the California Community College System, to offer students the first of its kind “Business of Cannabis” course. In collaboration with instructor, Dr. Leroy Brady, March and Ash helped establish this new community offering by coordinating speaker presentations from elected officials and industry professionals. These courses are intended to help further legitimize the cannabis industry by establishing educational job training for cannabis specific positions, such as accounting, licensing, compliance, cultivation and more.
