A Message Regarding COVID-19

We continue to remain open for in-store business, delivery or curbside pickup service. Read on to learn how we plan to help protect our customers and employees in response to COVID-19.

Curbside Pickup Available From All Locations

Curbside Pickup Ordering Hours:

  • Mission Valley: 8am - 8pm PST / Monday - Sunday
  • Imperial Valley & Vista: 9am - 9pm PST / Monday - Sunday

Instructions for Ordering Curbside Pickup

  • Simply choose curbside pickup from your preferred location at checkout.
  • Please allow at least 1 hour for your order to be processed and packaged. 
  • Please arrive to pickup your order at least 30 minutes before store close.
  • When you arrive, please park in one of our designated curbside pickup parking spaces where you will be assisted by a March and Ash employee. 
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at (619) 31-GREEN.

$30 Minimum for Delivery Orders

We have temporarily reduced delivery order minimums for select zip codes to $30 in order to make delivery accessible to more customers.

Requirements for Delivery

  • All orders are completed with a cash payment upon delivery or pickup.
  • A photo ID must be presented at that time proving you are over 21 years of age.
  • We will reach out to you after your order has been received to confirm your details and provide a delivery estimate.

Visiting Us In Store

We are still open at all locations for in-store shopping, but we have implemented new store practices in order to keep you and our employees safe.

This includes:

  • Practicing safe, social distancing by limiting the number of patients allowed in the store at one time with a 1:1 patient to concierge ratio.
  • Limiting the number of people allowed to wait inside the lobby.
  • Wiping down, sanitizing surfaces and washing hands as often as possible.

Are you open to in-store sales?

  • We are still open at all locations for in-store shopping, but we have implemented new store practices in order to keep you and our employees safe. These new implements include practicing safe, social distancing by limiting the number of patients allowed in the store and lobby at one time with a 1:1 patient to concierge ratio.

  • Ensuring our employees have the resources they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they feel unwell.
  • Staff wash hands as frequently as possible.
  • Regularly disinfecting our office spaces with high-grade disinfecting cleaner meeting government guidelines.
  • Providing access to gloves and masks when available.

March and Ash continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. The health and safety of our customers and employees remain our top priority. Our managers and employees are already trained to OSHA and other standards with respect to workplace health and safety. As such, our current operations already implement many of the measures recommended by government and public health agencies in response to coronavirus. We are, however, implementing additional measures in response to coronavirus.

These additional measures include:

  • Regularly disinfecting our store and office spaces with high-grade disinfecting cleaner meeting government guidelines.
  • Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for customers and employees at multiple stations across each store.
  • Increasing regular after-hours deep cleanings of our stores.
  • Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they feel unwell.
  • Decreasing the ratio of customers to employees allowed on our retail floors at any time in order to comply with social distancing.
  • Closely monitoring a variety of sources for the latest updates and recommendations for managing this situation.

We appreciate our customers and employees and the seriousness of the concerns presented by coronavirus and wanted to assure you that we are taking all recommended actions and more to protect customer and employee health and safety.

In addition to those actions we are increasing our delivery capacity so that customers who wish to remain at home will be able to readily access their recreational and medicinal cannabis products through our website. This capacity includes additional staffing of our dispatch center with personnel available to answer questions you may have regarding those products and the delivery service.
