Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for eligible products at participating locations. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used for delivery where cannabis delivery is restricted by law.

Age Restrictions: Gift cards can only be redeemed by individuals who are at least 21 years old, or 18 with a valid medical recommendation, in compliance with California state laws. Proof of age and valid identification are required at the time of redemption.

Compliance with Regulations: Transactions using gift cards must adhere to California cannabis laws and regulations, including daily purchase limits and restrictions on specific product categories. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase items prohibited by state or local laws.

Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for monetary or other value.

Expiration & Fees: Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.

Balance Inquiry: To check the balance on your gift card, visit a participating location and provide the gift card number.

No Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend gift card transactions if fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations are suspected.

Use Restrictions: Gift cards are only valid for use in California and may not be used for purposes that violate state or local cannabis laws. Gift cards also cannot be used for transactions that exceed daily purchase limits as established by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control.

Compliance with Laws: The purchase and use of gift cards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. By purchasing or using a gift card, the purchaser and user agree to comply with these laws.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms will be available on our website.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a gift card, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Promotional Gift Cards ($10 Bonus Offer): The $10 promotional gift card is issued as a one-time-use card and must be redeemed in full during a single transaction. Expires 1/31/25.

Any unused balance on the $10 promotional gift card will be forfeited and cannot be carried over or applied to future purchases.

The promotional gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for value, or used to purchase additional gift cards.
