At the forefront of conscious and passionate cannabis cultivation, the Los Angeles based THC Design has always been a trailblazer. Founded in 2015 during the medical marijuana era, THC Design cultivates estate grown single-sourced flower that provides consistent experiences. Through moral and corporate transparency, THC Design aims to inspire each person and community through the art and science of flower.

THC Design is female-owned and operated under a Social Equity license. THC Design takes pride in its extensive team of over 200 employees who come from all walks of cannabis culture. Each with their own diverse ethnic origins, varied cultures, and unique life paths.

THC Design understands the power of its diversity, whether at the executive level, within the cultivation team, trimmers or delivery drivers. This diversity enriches their outlook and cultivates a deeper understanding of cannabis culture. It keeps their finger on the pulse of recreational consumers or medical cannabis patients alike.

Experience, Passion and Progression

THC Design goes beyond the mere production of safe and wholesome cannabis. Experienced cultivators oversee every stage of the cultivation process while maintaining a conscious awareness of their environmental influence. The company's dedicated efforts focus on tailoring growth techniques to achieve self-sustainability. By embracing renewable energy resources, THC Design actively demonstrates its commitment to integrating practices that progressively reduce its carbon footprint.

Experience, Passion and Progression

As true stewards to the earth, THC Design strives to cultivate their flower responsibly. It's more than just offering the assurance of safe and high-quality medicine. They are structured to operate their grow at a net positive contribution to the environment. Their cultivators employ an advanced water reclamation system and work towards minimizing their environmental impact.

Advocacy and Outreach

THC Design is involved with its community and takes steps to make meaningful contributions to the cannabis industry. They extend their support to both national and local advocacy groups that address cannabis legalization, access, and research.

THC Design works with lawmakers and policy creators. Their goal is to be a voice of cannabis culture during the constant regulation of cannabis in the state of California. THC Design is actively working with cannabis industry organizations like Cultivators Alliance, National Cannabis Industry Association, Southern California Coalition, Americans For Safe Access and the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Advocacy and Outreach

THC Design also places strong emphasis on the betterment of the community and its residents. They achieve this through community service, programs and sponsorships like their beach clean up projects. THC Design's community outreach team works with Veterans Internship, LGBTQ Pride Alliance, and Grower’s Co-op. Their primary focus lies in nurturing initiatives that promote education, inclusivity, and sustainability within the community.

THC Design’s Identity Reevaluation

During 2021, THC Design took a significant step towards enhanced sustainability by adopting more environmentally friendly packaging. Despite the company's noble intentions, this strategic shift carried substantial risk and did not yield the intended outcomes. Balancing the challenge of revenue retention with increased costs of premium cannabis products proved to be a complex hurdle.

Confronted with a critical decision, the company had to choose between transitioning to mylar bags or retaining their original "OG" packaging. THC Design firmly holds the belief that mylar bags provide the optimal containment for premium cannabis.

THC Design’s Identity Reevaluation

Now with over 75 different cultivars in their genetic library, THC Design eighths are available in their new environmentally friendly packaging. Their cultivars continue to be packaged in their iconic glass jars, but are now enclosed within boxes. This innovative packaging approach serves the purpose of safeguarding the cannabis from light-induced degradation, a priority upheld by THC Design.

THC Design's exclusive limited releases and unique cultivars are now packaged in an eco-conscious jar, crafted from silica (glass). Silica is a highly abundant Earth resource. This eco-friendly jar features a sustainable bamboo lid and is encased in a recycled cardboard box to prevent cannabinoid and terpene degradation.
